Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actor and singer. She's known for both her stage work in addition to her character Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Van der Pol is a ex-member of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars, a supergroup of Disney Channel stars. She recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as the Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart creates. The year 2006 saw her covered the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. A Change in Me, the well-known track from Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack, was composed by her in connection with the character she played in Belle van der Pol.
